A 304,000 sf mixed use building with luxury condominiums built on top of a public school and retail. The project also included the award winning landmarked adaptive reuse of a federal period townhome. Select activities on the project were negotiating and executing a GMP contract with a construction manager, a purchase and sale agreement and a development agreement with the New York City School Construction Authority, a condominium declaration, and construction financing.
